Babies and Bells

 I know, I know, I should be shunned. I have no other excuse except laziness for my lack of litature. 

 A four day week, easy right?! Pshhhhhhhh, as if (if you didn't originally, read that in Cher's voice from Clueless). It's only day two but I am exhausted! That three day weekend must have given the nuggets super energy, while it drained me of mine. Waking up at 4:15 to workout is getting old, but I'm still doing it. 

 I now have a new found respect for babies. I have a wisdom tooth trying to push through my sweet little sensitive gums and it's making my entire head feel like it's gonna explode! How do babies do it?!? I understand why try are so cranky now! The nugget who screamed at the top of his lungs for 20 minuets didn't help the situation either. A scream that can compete with those movie scenes where a lady shatters a glass. A scream that will haunt me for eternity. 

 Along with the sour comes some sweet. My little nuggets ROCKED their DIBELS testing today. I mean like "BOOYAHHHHH" status! I'm so proud! :)

Today's pockets:

A bell: because a nugget closed our door and it got stuck in the door frame, locking me out of my classroom. I had to pull an operation with a pair of sisccors and some man power. 

I'm not worthy!

 Has it really been 490 years since I wrote? Whoopsie!

Two weeks of pure laziness

And now we are almost half way through January! The 3rd nine weeks in underway and it's all down hill from here! I have to say that I thought this first week back was going to drag but I must say it went rather quickly! Let's hope the next 7 weeks until Mardi Gras follows suit. Two months with no break is long but after that we just have five weeks until spring break ablnd then five weeks until summer! I can deal with that! 

 Unannounced formal observations should be starting soon, so start praying! As long as it's not the last Tuesday of school again I'll be okay! 

 I obviously don't have any pockets but I can bring you a quote:

Child: "he just called me the most disgusting thing ever"
