Day one of the Shake Weight and it's 6 minuets to fabulous arms. Although hysterical, it did actually make my arms a little sore. The inventor of this creation is obviously man, I'm sure you know why!
As the day progressed I somehow ended up in a conversation about first dates. To say the least, they're awkward. Then again, I haven't been on one since 2005 so things might have changed since then.
This may be the result of my wardrobe choices that I seem to choose from Lisa Leslie's closet. Comfort is key for me, and I guess it's not the key that opens the door to dates! Maybe once I get fit arms and the body of the runner on a Nike commercial, I'll get a sparkly dress or something!
Till then my 'Merica cut off sleeved t-shirts and running shorts!
