I just have to make it through 8 hours tomorrow! May sweet baby Jesus give me some extra umph and a cheery disposition!
Today I did have a hilarious moment though. I said that one of my students was on fire, a praise I use often which is probably lost on the kids. My classroom diva then busted out "this girl is on fireeeeeee" in true Alicia Keys form! Hilarious, I couldn't even fuss her.
I do love my nuggets, they just make me lose my mind a bit! They also make me rethink everything I ever did in school. I want to go on an apology tour. Starting with Mrs. Heidi, my pre-k teacher, and working my way all the way up through high school. I was always appreciated by my college teachers so I don't think a visit to them would be needed.
Today's Pockets:
Two tissue erasers: because I don't have dry erase erasers for all the students
Marker: from a child
Bandaid wrapper: from a bandaid that stayed on for about 3 minuets
Random Screw: once it's nap-time my children turn into janitors
