1,2,3..Peter Paul and Mary

1 suspension.
2 nuggets who weren't allowed to be transported home normally.
3 parent meetings.
How was your day? Is it crazy to say that today was better than yesterday? Even with my three opening statements?
The day immediately began with dramatic sobs that didn't stop until I saw my little nuggets. Who would have known being a teacher would have been emotionally draining and rewarding at the same time? I can't ever decide if I want I punch myself or give my self a pat on the back for the life choices I've made to lead me to this profession. That's a lie, it's usually the first .
I tired something new today; skittles. Each time I saw a nugget lined up correctly, I gave them a skittle. Perhaps this will work in my endeavor to get my students to stand in a straight line without hitting another or spinning themselves around.
Who said recess is for the kids? I've had kids in my room since last Thursday. I'd really like to pee at some point during the day. They need to be outside and I need to be outside of my classroom. Tomorrow, tomorrow is the day magic happens.

Today's Pockets:
Bag o' Skittles: yet another form of bribery
Tickets: ^^^^^^^
Two markers: one confiscated
Glue Stick: from one of my many "janitors in my room.
